Usage and Performance
　　This product is an oil soluble settling agent composed of cationic aliphatic quaternary ammonium salts,nonionic esterified alkyl phenolic resins,and surfactants containing vinyl groups.Mainly used to remove catalyst particles carried by catalytic cracking unit slurry and reduce the Si+Al element content in the slurry.

Instructions for use
　　This product is oil soluble,with suitable viscosity and pour point.It can be diluted with hydrogenated heavy diesel oil and injected into the slurry pipeline through a metering pump.The concentration of the drug used is generally 300-1000ppm relative to the amount of oil slurry.The specific dosage should be preliminarily determined based on laboratory experiments and adjusted in actual use.The temperature during slurry settling should be controlled at 70-95℃,and the settling time should be≤48 hours.Pay attention to labor protection during operation,avoid contact with skin,eyes,etc.,and rinse with plenty of water after contact.
Packaging,transportation,and storage
　　This product is packaged in sealed iron or plastic drums,with a net weight of 170kg per drum or packaged according to customer requirements.
　　Adopt transportation by car or train,self pickup or door-to-door delivery according to the contract;Handle with care during transportation,avoid exposure to sunlight,rain,or inversion.
　　The product should be stored in a cool,dry warehouse and kept away from sources of fire.The product has a shelf life of twelve months.
