Performance and Application
　　JCL-TS high-efficiency new composite sludge conditioner is an organic high-efficiency sludge dewatering treatment agent with a low molecular weight but strong electrical neutralization ability. It can provide better sludge coagulation effect than inorganic salts such as calcium salts, with fast sludge water separation speed, and is specifically designed for sludge dewatering treatment. This type of product can stabilize negatively charged colloidal particles, forming micro flocs. The sludge particles are small and easy to dehydrate. The product overcomes the drawbacks of conventional conditioning agents by completely breaking through the walls and releasing the water in the organic matter of sludge, and achieving maximum separation of sludge and water by separating and aggregating the sludge. The addition of liquid skeleton greatly improves the subsequent dehydration treatment process, ensuring smooth water permeability and no clogging of filter materials, reducing equipment wear and maintenance, and greatly improving work efficiency. At the same time, the sludge conditioner shortens the sludge drying time and improves the drying treatment efficiency.

Main features
　　Replace inorganic salt products to reduce sludge accumulation;

Instructions for use
　　Directly add the sludge conditioner to the medicine tank and add it to the sludge system through a metering pump; Adjust the dosage of the metering pump according to the sludge flow rate, solid content concentration, etc. to achieve the optimal concentration of the drug.
　　The concentration of the drug used is generally 0.1-0.5%, and the specific concentration of the product should be adjusted according to the on-site situation.
Packaging, transportation, and storage
　　This product is packaged in plastic drums and is divided into three specifications: net weight of 25Kg, 200kg, and 1000Kg per drum; Or package according to customer requirements.
　　Adopt transportation by car or train, self pickup or door-to-door delivery according to the contract; Handle with care during transportation, avoid exposure to sunlight, rain, or inversion.
　　The product should be stored in a cool and dry warehouse, with a shelf life of twelve months.
