Deoxygenation and bactericidal corrosion inhibitor (solid)

Application and performance
　　This product is a solid agent made by a special molding process. It is composed of polyol phosphate, polymer, quaternary ammonium salt, additives, etc. including deoxidizer, bactericidal and corrosion inhibitor. It is completely soluble in seawater and fresh water. It is particularly suitable for corrosion and scale inhibition and bactericidal algae protection of carbon steel metal in seawater cleaning, pressure testing and seawater sealing systems for submarine pipelines.

　　It has excellent deoxidation, bactericidal and corrosion inhibition effects;
　　It is completely soluble in seawater and fresh water;
　　It is non-toxic and harmless, and bio-friendly;
　　It is compatible with API 5L PSL2 X65 and Inconel 625 steel sea pipes, compatible with hose material Duplex 2205, and compatible with lining 316L mechanical composite pipes. The anti-corrosion shelf life of sea pipes is not less than two years
Instructions for use
　　Add the required amount of medicine to the sea pipe system to be protected(the use concentration is less than 150mg/L). When using, be careful not to expose it to the air for a long time to avoid reducing the effectiveness of the deoxygenation component.
Packaging, transportation, storage
　　300g/piece or customized cardboard barrel packaging according to customer requirements.
　　Do not mix with oxidizing substances, reducing agents, etc.
　　Store at room temperature(0-30℃)and normal pressure, away from light, with a shelf life of 12 months.
